Q: When will my order arrive

Whether you've placed your order over the phone or through the website we will use your email address so Parcelforce can email or text you when your goods have been collected from our warehouse. You will be provided with a tracking reference for your parcel.

98% of orders placed using Parcelforce 24 service to a UK Mainland address arrive the following day. Please see the delivery section for extended area postcodes.

Alternative Parcelforce services are available for an additional cost.

Q: Can i return unused goods

If you have unwanted items you would like to return to us please click the link to the Returns section of the website and provide as much information about the goods and your order as possible.

We ask that all returned items are in their original packaging, unopened. Once the items have arrived at our warehouse we will check the goods and contact you.

Q: I've ordered the wrong finish/colour. What can i do now?

If you have ordered the wrong finish or colour insert for your accessories please click the link to the Returns section of the website and provide us with as much information about your order as possible along with how you'd like us to proceed.

As long as the goods are still in the original packaging undamaged the correct replacements will be sent out with no restocking fee.

Q: Can i order over the phone

Yes. Please call our office number, 0121 502 5133 to place your order. To be eligible for free delivery on orders for £75, you must place them through the website. To find out about our free delivery for phone orders please speak with a member of our Sales Team
