No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Sending goods back to us without completing the digital form will only delay your replacement goods or refund
Items must be in a resaleable condition.
No damaged boxes (missing inserts, screws, caps etc), items will also not be accepted back if they have Paint, Plaster or Scratches on them.
NB: Decorative accessories are very easily marked, please ensure you handle them with extreme care if you intend to return them.
If goods are opened, packaging damaged, or are generally in a poor condition, goods will be returned to the customer at their cost.
If the whole order is returned and goods are fit for purpose, the cost of the delivery will be deducted from any agreed credit.
All returns are inspected and tested when necessary, prior to any agreed credit.
Special order items will not be accepted back without prior agreement, and may be subject to a handling fee.
If you are using Royal Mail to return your goods we always recommend you use recorded delivery to avoid any misplaced parcels.
We do not accept any unwanted items after 90 days Please do not send any credit card details along with your returns, we will contact you for any information we require.
If your goods are damaged in transit we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt.
