When is your order cut-off time?

Our order cut off time is 14:00 Monday - Friday. Any orders placed after the cut off time will be dispatched the following business day.

I have a question about a product, can you help?

If a product is available for backorder, when can I expect to receive it?

For any item which can be backordered please contact us to confirm a delivery date. Delivery dates vary depending on product.

Can you provide a quote for bulk orders?

Yes. Please call us on 0121 502 5133 or email sales@etcelectrical.co.uk with your required items, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Can I order online and pick-up in-store?

Yes. Please select Pickup and Shop Location at checkout. We will contact you to confirm the goods are ready to be collected.

Can you guarantee next day delivery if I place my order before 14:00?

Whilst most parcels arrive the next working day, this service is not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally happen which are beyond our control, such as courier issues. If your order is urgent, please contact us on 0121 502 5133 by emailing us on sales@etcelectrical.co.uk to confirm next day delivery is available on your product.

How can I track my order?

Orders can be tracked using your DPD tracking number, which will be sent to you once your order is dispatched. Please note, you will need to provide your email address or phone number at checkout to receive a tracking number.

How do I cancel or change my order?

To cancel your order before it’s been dispatched, please contact us immediately on 0121 502 5133 by emailing us on sales@etcelectrical.co.uk. If you have already received your order, please return using the instructions on our returns page.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes. Unwanted items can be returned within 90 days. Items must be returned in a resalable condition and with an RMA number. For full returns information, please see our returns page.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we have processed your return, you should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 days. Please note, this will be dependent on your bank or credit provider.

Why do some items have higher delivery charges?

Delivery charges can vary due to the weight, size or length of a product. These charges are levied by our courier, and will be confirmed at checkout. If you are unsure, please contact us.

What if my order arrives damaged, faulty, or I receive the wrong item?

Please notify us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or collection at our expense.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

For international deliveries, please contact us for a quote.

Do you accept credit card payments over the phone?

No, we do not take credit card details over the phone. To prevent the risk of fraud, we will instead send you a secure payment link.
