The C & S Electric TR2-D09305 is a thermal overload relay designed to provide reliable motor protection within a current range of 0.63A to 1.00A. Engineered to meet international standards such as IEC 60947-1 and 60947-4-1, this relay is suitable for use with D09 to D38 contactors but is not compatible with TC1 contactors featuring 2N/O + 2N/C main pole contacts. It features a tripping class of 10, an insulation voltage of 690V, and an operating voltage of 600V, with a frequency limit of up to 400Hz. The unit offers robust safety features including IP2x protection against accidental contact and a dielectric strength of 6kV. With sensitivity to phase failure and a tripping threshold set at 1.14 times the rated current, the TR2-D09305 ensures dependable performance in industrial motor control applications. Its compact design allows for direct screw clamp connection to contactors or remote mounting via a block, making it a versatile and essential component for circuit protection.
