The C & S Electric TR2-D09306 is a thermal overload relay engineered for dependable motor protection within a current range of 1.00A to 1.65A. Designed to comply with international standards including IEC 60947-1, 60947-4-1, NFC 63-650, VDE 0660, and BS 4941, it also carries UL and CSA approvals, ensuring broad compatibility and safety. This relay is suitable for use with TC1-D09, D12, D18, and D25 contactors, though it is not compatible with TC1 contactors that feature 2N/O + 2N/C main pole contacts. It features a tripping class of 10, an insulation voltage of 690V, and an operating voltage of 600V, with a frequency limit of up to 400Hz. The TR2-D09306 offers IP2x protection against accidental contact and a dielectric strength of 6kV, along with sensitivity to phase failure and a tripping threshold set at 1.14 times the rated current. Its compact and robust design allows for direct mounting to contactors or remote installation, making it a versatile and reliable choice for industrial motor control applications.
