The C & S Electric TR2-D09307 is a thermal overload relay designed to protect electric motors operating within a current range of 1.60A to 2.50A. Built to meet rigorous international standards including IEC 60947-1, 60947-4-1, NFC 63-650, VDE 0660, and BS 4941, it also carries UL and CSA certifications, ensuring global compliance and safety. This relay is compatible with TC1-D09, D12, D18, and D25 contactors, and features a tripping class of 10, an insulation voltage of 690V, and an operating voltage of 600V. It supports frequencies up to 400Hz and offers IP2x protection against accidental contact. With a dielectric strength of 6kV and sensitivity to phase failure, the TR2-D09307 ensures reliable motor protection by tripping at 1.14 times the rated current. Its compact and durable design allows for both direct mounting to contactors and remote installation, making it a versatile solution for industrial motor control systems.
