The C & S Electric TR2-D09308 is a thermal overload relay designed to protect motors operating within a current range of 2.5A to 4.0A. Built to comply with international standards such as IEC 60947-1, 60947-4-1, NFC 63-650, VDE 0660, and BS 4941, it ensures reliable performance and safety in industrial environments. This relay features a tripping class of 10, an insulation voltage of 690V, and an operating voltage of 600V, with a frequency limit of up to 400Hz. It offers IP2x protection against accidental contact and a dielectric strength of 6kV. The TR2-D09308 is sensitive to phase failure and trips at 1.14 times the rated current, providing dependable motor protection. It includes 1NO + 1NC auxiliary contacts and can be mounted directly to a contactor using screw clamps or remotely via a mounting block, making it a versatile and essential component for motor control systems.
