The C & S Electric TR2-D09312 is a thermal overload relay designed to protect motors operating within a current range of 5.5A to 8.0A. It complies with international standards including IEC 60947-1, 60947-4-1, NFC 63-650, VDE 0660, and BS 4941, and is also approved by UL and CSA. This relay is suitable for use with D09 to D38 contactors but is not compatible with TC1 contactors featuring 2N/O + 2N/C main pole contacts. It features a tripping class of 10, an insulation voltage of 690V, and an operating voltage of 600V, with a frequency limit of up to 400Hz. The TR2-D09312 offers IP2x protection against accidental contact, a dielectric strength of 6kV, and sensitivity to phase failure, tripping at 1.14 times the rated current. Its robust and compact design ensures reliable motor protection in demanding industrial environments.
