Description
Heat Mat's Decoupling Membrane is a two-in-one anti-fracture membrane and cable carrier for the PKC range of heating cables, supplied as a 1.0m² roll. It is bonded to the sub-floor with tile adhesive and holds the heating cable securely in its fixing loops, so no double-sided tape or glue is needed.
As well as speeding up cable installation, the membrane decouples the tiled floor from the sub-floor, dissipating movement in three dimensions to guard against cracked tiles and grout, and it protects the cable from trowel work during tiling. Made in Europe and supplied with an extended warranty.
