Description
The Heat Mat TPS31 is a simple manual electric underfloor heating thermostat with a digital display, finished in polar white. Concealed temperature buttons and a physical on/off switch make it easy to use, and it controls up to 3,600W of underfloor heating directly without a contactor.
It is unique among manual controllers in achieving Lot20 compliance, thanks to a built-in automatic setback mode that lowers the temperature overnight, and it also offers a frost-protection mode. It monitors both air and floor temperature, the floor sensor can be extended up to 30m, and it can control any brand of mains-voltage heating. Made for Heat Mat by OJ Electronics and covered by a 3-year warranty.
