Description
Heat Mat's Thermal Insulation Boards are low-profile, concrete-faced structural boards that sit beneath an underfloor heating system to cut downward heat loss, improving warm-up time and running costs. This pack of 6mm boards covers 5.04m² (7 boards), with each board measuring 1.2m x 0.6m.
Unlike uncoated boards, the concrete facing withstands point loads of more than 30 tonne/m² so the boards will not crush during installation, and it provides a sound key for tile adhesive plus Class O fire protection. They fix to concrete or tiled floors with flexible tile adhesive, or screw down onto timber bases, and offer excellent soundproofing and water resistance for wet rooms. Made in the UK.
