The Enclosed SPD Solutions from Switchtec offer complete 18th Edition compliant surge protection solutions. Designed for new installations or upgrades to existing TN networks. The SPD provides surge protection up to a maximum discharge current (Imax) of 50kA / maximum withstand current of 12.5kA (Iimp) per pole. Developed in partnership with Surge Protection Device manufacturer; Citel, France. A world leading SPD manufacturer since 1944, the Type 1+2+3 surge protection complies with IEC 61643-11.
